Hello Members and friends of North Texas Whip driving club and welcome to 2024.

This year, our Board of Directors plans to increase outreach to local equestrian groups to encourage growth in the sport of driving. Driving is a niche area in the equestrian community and requires a unique skill set. Our outreach events will teach new skills and provide reliable information needed to safely and effectively engage in driving whether for sport or recreation. We plan one learning day for youth where the focus will be on basic skills and safety, and another learning day for seasoned horse owners. The second learning day will focus on a particular area of driving like recreational driving, dressage, or Combined Driving. We hope to create interest in the sport and deliver solid information as well as demonstrations of effective driving.

I hope you, our members and friends of North Texas Whip, will support these goals with your time and energy. Looking forward to a fun year ahead.
