North Texas Whip is hosting our Fall Romp in the Willows at Willow Draw! We will be running this event as a Swap Drive again, so everyone has the opportunity to work and play. The entries will be divided and each entry will volunteer half the day and play half the day. Organizers will determine who volunteers and who plays first!
The office opens at 8:30 and the games start at 10. ALL ENTRIES MUST BE CHECKED IN BY 10 AM.
Entry fee is $45.00 per turnout for all three classes. Stalls are available for $35.00 + $25.00 deposit per stall.
There will be an Obstacle Course held in the arena, a Cones Course out on the grass, and the Cross Country will have game patterns instead of the ribbon barrels we have used in the past. This will be held on the flat grassy area behind the arena and parking pasture. No hills involved! All events are timed.
All classes are walk or trot only and galloping will incur time penalties. The judge's decision is final.
There will be divisions for VSE, Pony (may be divided into small and large), and Horse. Ribbons will be awarded for each class and Champion and Reserve ribbons for each division.
MUST BE AN NTW MEMBER TO PARTICIPATE.
NEGATIVE COGGINS REQUIRED.
BRAKES OR BRAKING DEVICES ARE REQUIRED ON ALL VEHICLES.
ALL ADS AND NTW SAFETY RULES WILL BE ENFORCED.
There will be a one hour lunch break and no concessions are available, so bring your own lunch. Anyone who volunteers for the entire day will be provided lunch.
